I am a newborn, children's and lifestyle photographer. I capture images that you will love for decades to come.
Born in Mumbai to a business family I have traveled to various places throughout my life. After studying at a boarding school in Tamil Nadu, India and then graduating from the University of Wales, Aberystwyth, I soon discovered that economics sucked - no matter where in the world you were. Luckily, art is a global language that's always spoken to me.
My journey to becoming a photographer has included interning as a graphic designer for L’officiel Magazine, work experience with a fashion photographer, Manmeet Bhatti and running my mum’s furniture and handicraft business, Amiti Bazaar, for six years. The winding path made me realise that I needed to walk backwards to doing what I loved in the first place: creating something new and different everyday.
When creating photographs, I go to a safe place. Friends describe me as passionate, honest and determined. But very few people know that deep down, I'm a bit of a recluse. I love being on my own and doing my own thing. Maybe that’s why I enjoy photography so much: it keeps the world and its chaos at bay. It’s a vital part of who I am.
I run my photography studio from home located in Jabalpur, India.
